Rachael’s voice is truly calming and refreshing. Her instructions were clear, well-paced, and simple. I appreciate the way she encouraged self-love. I was pleasantly surprised by her inclusion of positive self-affirmations. At first, I was a bit apprehensive to engage in yoga since I hadn’t done it before. However, this was a great first experience. HappyHips has influenced me to further consider more intentional ways of incorporating mindfulness through breathing and yoga. Thanks Rachael!
